Jeff Alden will return to the TCR UK Touring Car Championship with a new team and a different car for the 2025 season.
Jeff has signed with Power Maxed Racing for the new season, where he will drive an Audi RS3 LMS SEQ under the banner of Matrix with Power Maxed Racing.
The London-based driver will be racing alongside the already announced Junior driver lineup of Finn Leslie and Harry Bloor, with Jeff eligible for both the Gen 1 Cup and the Goodyear Diamond Award.
Having sampled the Audi last season at Silverstone on the National layout, Jeff has decided to make the switch ahead of the new season and is keeping his expectations in check for 2025.
“2025 is a brand new season, and I’m looking forward to a fresh start as I join Power Maxed Racing on their return to the championship,” explained Jeff.
“I’ve already had the chance to test the Audi, and so far, it’s delivered on the promise that it showed last year when I drove it at Silverstone. I’m very excited to get the 2025 season underway and go racing again.”
TCR UK Championship Promoter Stewart Lines is delighted to see Jeff return to the grid for the new season.
“It’s great to see Jeff return to TCR UK this year with the Audi and also with PMR. The TCR concept is built around customer racing, where drivers of any age and talent can compete in equal machinery in every race weekend, ” said Stewart.
“The Gen 1 Cup was introduced last season, which provided the opportunity for new and current drivers to fight for honours across the season in older TCR machinery. It’s good to see that drivers and teams are once again signing up for the Gen 1 Cup in 2025.”
